In honor of the 100th birthday of Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh (October 11), renowned for his teachings on mindfulness and peace, this offering combines guided meditation and mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and time in silence amid the beauty of nature. Gather with others to cultivate compassion and nonviolence within oneself and in our world. Lunch is provided.
A Day of Mindfulness with Overnight Option: September 19-20
Come Saturday evening for a time of solitude before entering into the Day of Mindfulness. Arrive after 3 PM on Saturday.
Meals: Saturday dinner is on your own (microwave, toaster oven & refrigerator access), Sunday continental breakfast and lunch are provided.
